JDCLE values your privacy. We do not sell or rent our users' information.
When you provide us with personal information, we use it internally and submit it as needed to third parties in order to provide JDCLE's services and for certain other reasons. We also use aggregated information for analysis and to improve our operations and products and services offered. We (including our third party providers) store and use information about our users to conduct our own operations, including but not limited to completing the CLE learning process, responding to communications, conducting surveys, assisting in peer networking, identifying good providers to add to our site, and facilitating job searches. We intend to be responsible with your information.
This site is designed to be used by attorneys, and we ask that you use your professional knowledge to evaluate your own information submissions on our site. We also expect our users to understand the nature of websites, including that none of them are able to guarantee that your information is completely secure, and we do not make this claim. You agree to our Terms of Service, but also that we can use the information that we gather on you in order to improve our company's services, products and courses. You acknowledge that from time to time we work with third party providers to complete our operations. We share your information with other entities accordingly, including CLE regulatory agencies, and third party sources who complete site options. We also reserve the right to comply with any and all government agencies that request information from us about our users; we expect to do this only when formally required to do so. In using this site you agree to the fact that our third party providers may vary from our policy and you agree to release JDCLE from any liability relating thereto. In addition, we reserve the right to share information with other entities in the event that our company becomes subject to acquisition or other investment.
